The ECS is supporting students to participate in conferences and workshops by regularly handing out grants to those not supported by their Universities or Research Institutes. Students have to apply for this grant when submitting their abstracts for the conference.
Limited funds are available to provide grants towards travel/subsistence costs for students. If you are earning a salary, you are not eligible. The grants are intended for cases of genuine hardship. Please think carefully before applying for a grant.
Grants, if any, will be contingent upon the volume of applications received. These will be given after the conference, exclusively to those students who were duly registered and had an accepted abstract.
