ATTENTION to participants from outside the EURO area
Due to the high number of incomplete payments we have received, we kindly ask participants, especially those paying from the United Kingdom or outside the Euro area, to take note of the following:
1) Whenever possible, please pay by card or PayPal to avoid additional bank transfer fees.
2) If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please choose “OUR” (sender pays all fees) when submitting your payment. As banks often default to “SHA,” this can unintentionally reduce the amount received. If the full invoice amount does not arrive, we may need to request the difference before completing your order. Choosing “OUR” ensures that we receive the full invoice amount and can process your order without delay.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the full amount in Euro is paid to the ECS bank account, including any conversion and other bank fees.
