Organizations dedicated to research, education, and outreach in environmental, marine, and sustainability issues, as well as companies adhering to ethical, inclusive, and sustainable principles, are invited to support the 2024 European Cetacean Society Conference.
This offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your organization's commitment and to publicly promote this support with a wide significant resonance.
Support is primarily used to permit a greater number of students to attend the conference reducing fees and offering grants. Furthermore, supporters help cover expenses related to the promotion and management of the event.
Please bear in mind that all committee work is voluntary and unpaid. Your donation will directly support the conference's operational expenses.
Depending on the donated budget, your support will be recognized through the visibility in the program, book of abstracts, webpages, and announcements of the conference.
We could acknowledge the contributions by mentioning them in press releases and at the opening and closing sessions of the conference, offering free registrations, gala dinner tickets, or exhibition spaces.

Exhibitors
We are delighted to extend a distinctive opportunity to associations, research centers, companies, and individuals to access their own promotional exhibition space at our conference center.
Exhibition Space Details
The exhibition space is located in the hall of the Auditorium chosen for the ECS conference at "Le Ciminiere" conference center in Catania.
The space includes a personal area of 4x3 meters equipped with table, chairs, and light point for the entire duration of the conference (10-12 April).
The rental costs for the space (€750) include the registration at the ECS conference for one person as non-member of the society.

Exhibiting at the ECS Conference provides a stage to showcase your work, ideas, and innovations. It's a chance to network with international delegates, gain visibility in the scientific community, and foster collaborations. You can show promotional materials, demonstrate products, or present research findings.
Please note that while the exhibition stands can be used for promotional purposes, direct sales at the venue will not be permitted.
