- Ice-Breaker reception for registered participants on Sunday 22nd March 2015 - 6 to 8pm - The Paranga Restaurant, St.George's Bay - Wear your registration name tag to enter.
- Video Night on Monday 23rd March 2015 from 8 to 10pm at Conference Venue
- Public Science and Conservation Awareness Evening Event by BICREF on Tuesday 24th March 2015: download details HERE
- Banquet and Dance on Wednesday 25th March 2015 departure from Intercontinental at 7pm SHARP - Banquet from 8pm, Dancing from 10pm to 1am. Transport provided at 7pm to Mdina leaving from Conference Venue and 2 return coaches back to St. Julians close to conference venue at 11pm and later at 1am.
