16th ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Liège, Belgium, 8-10 April, 2002

The 16th Annual Conference of the European Cetacean Society took place in Liège in April 2002 and was hosted by Thierry Jauniaux and Krishna Das.
The theme of the conference was:

"MARINE MAMMAL HEALTH:
FROM INDIVIDUALS TO POPULATIONS"

Dining on the river, dancing all night. Hospitality all around. Very nice weather for the time of the year. And the Géographique must have sponsored us, because otherwise I would have been bankrupt halfway through the conference.
